Where are the wines stored?
All Auris wines are stored in the Wine District, our specialized partner in professional wine storage in Switzerland. The bottles are kept in ideal conditions – with strict control of temperature, humidity and absence of direct light – guaranteeing the preservation of the quality and integrity of premium Portuguese wines from the producer’s cellar to the moment of delivery.
How are deliveries made and what is the price?
For environmental reasons, 60% of our deliveries are made by rail and the rest by road in small electric vehicles.
The maximum delivery price is CHF 15.00.
Where do you send the orders?
We guarantee delivery to Switzerland and Liechtenstein. However, due to certain postal restrictions, we cannot deliver parcels to military areas or UN installations.
How are deliveries made?
We ship orders via the transport company Planzer Kep AG and, in the Geneva area, we also use the delivery services of Wine District. Once your order has been processed by the Auris team, it will be delivered by the transport companies.
What is the estimated delivery time for my order?
3 days.
How do I place an order?
First, choose the wines you love, click on Buy now and proceed to checkout. Then fill in your details and make the payment. As you can see, it’s very easy.
What if I receive a faulty or damaged item?
Our aim is to offer our customers the best quality products. However, it is possible that some factors may negatively affect this quality, for example, during transportation, where products may be damaged.
If you receive a defective / damaged item, please proceed as follows:
1 – immediately take a photograph of the box in which the product was transported;
2 – immediately take a photograph of the product;
3 – send an email to auris@auriscollection.com with the photographs attached so that we can initiate the claim / return.
What should I do if I provide the wrong shipping address?
If you have provided an incorrect delivery address, please contact us immediately by sending an e-mail to auris@auriscollection.com and inform us of the correct address.
Our team will then check whether it is possible to change the destination of your order.
If the order has already been sent, we are sorry, but we will not be able to change the destination or send a new order at no extra cost.
Handling parcels returned to sender, what should I do?
The two most common reasons for returning your order are: an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, or the absence of the recipient at the time of the delivery attempt.
If the delivery address has been filled in incorrectly, we cannot be held responsible, as the order was sent to the address provided and the error was not our fault.
If this is not the case, we will be able to send you a replacement of the same item. If, after the second delivery attempt, we are unable to contact you, we regret to inform you that we will be unable to provide further assistance.
